Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0:

Microsoft Media Player 11:

OpenOffice.org:
http://www.openoffice.org OpenOffice.org 3 is the leading open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases and more. This “free” software allows you to view, create and edit MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access files.
Adobe Flash:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer Adobe Flash Player is a multiple-platform client runtime. Web users must download and install the player in order to view and interact with SWF content.
Adobe Shockwave:

Adobe Reader 9.1:
http://get.adobe.com/reader Adobe Reader software is the global standard for electronic document sharing. It is the only PDF file viewer that can open and interact with all PDF documents. Use Adobe Reader to view, search, digitally sign, verify, print, and collaborate on Adobe PDF files.
Sun Microsystems – Java:
http://www.java.com Java allows you to play online games, chat with people around the world, and view images in 3D, just to name a few. It's also integral to the intranet applications and other e-business solutions that are the foundation of corporate computing.
I have submitted my assignment but I can’t continue to the next Day, Week, or Lesson.
If you have submitted your assignments your teacher will give you a grade for each one. You will be able to advance once you receive your grades.
What is the Digital Drop Box?
The Digital Drop Box is where you submit your assignments to your teacher; you will also use the Digital Drop Box to see the returned assignments from your teacher.
How do I access the Helpdesk?
To access the Helpdesk you will first need to log-on to the Learning Management System (LMS) with your student account. Once you log in, you will find an option on the left-hand menu named "Help Desk".
I am having issues using the CSK12.com Learning Management System (LMS) on my PC.
The CSK12.com Learning Management System was designed to run only on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater. However we have seen the LMS run on other web browsers it is not recommended nor supported. Please make sure you disable any IE toolbars and popup blockers. Please add www.csk12.com/lms to you “Trusted sites”. This can be done within Internet Explorer by clicking on “Tools” then “Options”; next select the “Security” tab. Select “Trusted sites” next click on “Sites”, click “Add”, uncheck “Require server verification (https: ) for all sites in this zone” Select Close and then OK. Close and restart your Web Browser.
I cannot remember my password to log in to the CSK12.com LMS.
Please click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the log-on screen. You will be asked for your email address before a new password will be issued. The password request will be emailed to you via the email address you used during your LMS account creation (for security purposes).
I found an issue with the CSK12.com LMS content. (i.e. spelling error, video won’t play, etc…)
Please submit a Help Desk Request form stating the Course ID, the Lesson Number, the Page and a brief description of the incorrect item.
