Help Desk / Technical Assistance
Once students are inside the system using the classroom and materials, they have access to a “student help desk” where our staff works with you to resolve any technical concerns or problems you may be experiencing. In addition, families are encouraged to communicate with the help desk if they are unable to communicate with a teacher for more than a 24 hour period. Our goal is to help you resolve concerns promptly and efficiently so that you can continue with your enjoyment of online learning.
